Pls can I have your help

Can somebody please make a mod were you can make an npc alive again when I say this I don't mean a thrall spell but to make them fully alive again if you could can you please put it on creation club because I am an Xbox player the reason that I want this mod to exist is because I got a mod to become the high king but I had to kill ulfric then eventually the mod didn't work and I feel really bad because I betrayed the stormcloaks so it would be great if I could revive him thank you.
