How do you annoy yourself when playing Skyrim?

Hi everyone.

We recently had the list of most embarrassing moments playing Skyrim, and I was wondering if there are things you either used to do or still do that annoy you as you play. For example, I often don't get close enough to trigger something, eg open a door or container, before actually trying to do so. I also frequently fail to stop to see if a container is empty before opening it, wasting a lot of time. I annoy myself greatly when I do this, et seem unable to change these behaviours, try though I do, and was wondering how you good people trigger yourselves.

ETA: Another trick of my own that drives me barmy if forgetting to get out of sneak mode in melee then wondering why my power attacks aren't working.

For all those commenting about opening containers that show empty, I highly recommend downloading the Quick Loot mod if you're able. It allows you to see a character/containers inventory and takes things from it without the need to open said character's inventory/container.
