Octavia Mk4 vRS - Amber gearbox error (DSG) while on trip, should I be worried?

Hey all! I have a Mk4 Octavia, DSG automatic transmission, and we’re currently on a skiing trip where the temperatures are quite low. I keep getting prompted with the amber gearbox issue, which says “I can continue driving”. The other day error went away on its own while driving.

Should I be worried? Trip back home is around 1000km…
