Ski in/ ski outs in French or Swiss Alps?

Hello! I am looking for recommendations on ski in/ ski out hotels/resorts/rentals in the French or Swiss Alps. My husband and I are casual but good skiers, skiing the Rockies several times a year. We are very interested in switching it up to travel international for an extended getaway for our 30th birthdays! What do you guys recommend for resorts? Are there any ski in/ ski outs you have loved? Vail is our favorite in the Rockies for the bowls, but anywhere with powder and a gorgeous view will be great for us. Budget is not a deciding factor. Bonus points for good food and spa recommendations.
