My voice and range

So as of right now i am 14 and the lowest note i can hit is Eb2 and D2 but my projection is bad, while my highest note without using falsetto is C4. My highest using head voice (or falsetto idrk the difference) is G5. When i sing it is very noticeable how much i struggle and how high D4 sounds when i try to hit it. I was wondering what my voice type is if anybody could help me figure out
