Why do SO MANY celebrities have Lyme disease...yet in 33 yrs I can't name one person irl that has Lyme disease?

Nevemind the fact that one must come in contact with an infected tick to contract the disease (none of the celebrities with Lyme disease strike me as the outdoorsy type lol)

But. Why tf wouldn't or haven't i in my real life, just N E V E R know/known someone that has also contracted it? You'd think if such a small community (celebrities) had SO MANY, wouldn't it make sense to know at the very least, a couple? One? Lol
