Russian post tracking - unclear informations

Hello! I have a question that I hope you guys might be able to help me with, I'm kinda freaking out haha

Two years ago, I've ordered an item from a russian artist. The order has been continuously delayed, until the start of this month when she has finally been able to send it. However, the informations I got from my tracking applications are a bit unclear:

I live in France I use parcelsapp.com, and the information I got is: "Прибыло в Нидерланды", which I think translate to "arrived in the netherlands". So far so good, I guessed it was just a step on its way to my home. However, the informations I got from ruspost.eu or 17track.net/ is, while it is still noted that the destination is France, it is marked as "delivered" and the localisation is the netherlands. It is worth noting that my package is supposed to be handed to the french transporter for the final delivery.

So what does it mean? Does it means it was delivered to the french transporter? Or does it mean it is lost?
