Just bought these off a friend! They sound great plugged directly into my laptop! Any suggestions on making the experience even better?

Just got these off a friend, new to this whole thing

Plugging them directly into a laptop for now but I’ve heard I need to get an amp and a dac to make the most out of them.

Whats a good amp and dac for around $50-$70? Or do I need to spend a bit more? And should I get them separate or get one device with both? W
