I feel like people vastly underestimate the emotional attachment Gen Z has to TikTok.

At a time where thousands of people were dying every day. We were all isolated and battling crippling depression. TikTok was the only thing we had full of people that were going through the same thing. I mean Instagram was there but it was never really a Gen Z thing. TikTok represents one of the most traumatic moments we will probably ever have.

So no, I really don’t think they’re being that dramatic.
