Help finding a new job

I work at a bank, a corporate office really, unarmed, overnight in Buffalo NY. My company really wants us to be UNARMED. Meaning, we can’t carry anything. Not a baton, not OC spray, nothing. I sit at the front desk all night, watching cameras, with a camera over me monitoring my activity as well... not allowed to be on our phone, or any of the 3 computers in front of us. I work as a supervisor alone, 8 hours no “break”.

I can’t work an armed position because I don’t have my permit. I’ve been waiting for the past year and a half now for it to get approved even with multiple experiences and certifications from the military shooting 9mm’s.

I’ve tried looking at different places but I really had no luck as most of the ones I’ve seen were all armed.
