Vraylar?

My psychiatrist just put me on Vraylar two days ago. I’ve generally had awful experiences with antipsychotics, so I’m extremely nervous about starting a new medicine. I’m wondering if anyone has taken Vraylar and what you thought of it? I’d especially love to hear how it affected your delusional thinking, mood, and cognition. My doctor said it would help with my cognitive issues in particular (brain fog, memory, confusion)… I feel like that would be a miracle, but I don’t wanna get my hopes up. Any thoughts/advice would be incredible.
