Keep your fucking dogs on leash -Tierrasanta

I was out walking my dog around Roadrunner Park area with my mom and girlfriend when some lady driving by started slowing down and creeping on us. We continued heading back to our car and she pulled up on us asking if we saw an older man with a medium sized black dog. We said no and that’s when she told us her teenage son was just at Roadrunner Park and got a significant chunk bit off his hand by the dog who was off leash. The dude apparently took off with his dog after her son went running home so she was just checking the area and asking people and residents for their ring camera footage. We felt bad for them but we live away from the park so there’s not much help we can give.

Anyway just wanted to inform the community and take this time to bash terrible dog owners. Remember something, if the park has a sign that says to keep your dog on leash, that means keep it on a fucking leash. If by chance the dude who has the dog sees this, you’re beyond fucked because there’s over 10 house cameras aimed at that park.
