Did you buy a house in 2024?

If so, how much did your Mortgage Broker charge you for all three credit reports?

Mine justbilled me $400 for all three reports. I know the cost increase significantly for them, but I’m having a difficult time making sense of this fee.

Update : I had to have two cosigners so he got credit reports for all three of us and he claims that each report was $140 each…. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to pay the $400 because my prior Mortgage Broker literally dropped me two days prior to my closing. Her behavior was incredibly unethical, unprofessional, and unheard of. I already reported her and most likely going to take legal action, but in the meantime, I didn’t really have a choice, but to proceed with this guy who promised to make closing happen in two weeks.
