Any people selling windows out there? Need some advice.

I’ve done really well for myself selling showers, but the company I’m working for is getting shady as it gets bigger. I make really good money but I want to sell a higher ticket item when I switch to a new job. I see jobs posted for window companies saying $150k to $300k annually, is this accurate? I’m a top performer and I already make above $150k but in no world could I break over $210k.
