Handheld scrubber for bath and tile?

Tempted about the handheld 18v power scrubber either refurb via eBay ($35 offer) or new ($43 after hack) to use mostly for bath and tiles.

But what about the USB versions? I don’t have any of these tools so would need to start into this platform, but afraid this will turn into another Tek4.

Is the 18v too heavy? The bigger head USB seems to use hex so easy to add additional pads, instead of the triangle option..
