Mobile Garage Bug

Hey, so I'm having an issue with my mobile garage. I click on it and the UI just doesn't pop up, or it'll appear for a split second. This issue was apparently happening last year to everyone, but I've had to quit playing because of this issue. The garage only works when inside of a car. I own the gamepass.
