What happened to One-Time-Purchases?

Before byfron, with the main executors Synapse, Scriptware, Protosmasher, Sentinel, Sirhurt, etc, all of them were one time purchases of about 15-20 dollars, but why now in the new post-byfron market with all these new executors are they doing subscriptions? hell even WEEKLY subscriptions. It’s such bullshit, I would have bought multiple of these executors if it weren’t for this, i’m not paying what I used to pay only once now every month or week. What happened to OTP and why do they no longer exist now with executors?
