Girlfriend told another guy she thought he was hot while we were out drinking, How do I get over it? 24M 26F

Pretty much the title of the post.

We don't know this guy well at all, he is an acquaintance of a friend. I don't mind her complimenting my friends, it doesn't bother me, but this person is basically a stranger.

She told him while they were outside alone seemingly unprompted that she thought he was hot. She told me about it the next day.

I already knew that she found him to be attractive because we talked about it the first time we met him. This did not bother me at all because we're secure enough to talk about other people and their looks its totally cool. The problem I'm having is that she said it to his face.

We already talked it out and she apologized and said she feels bad about it and understands where I'm coming from, and that it didn't mean anything it was just something she said in the moment when she was drunk. I do appreciate that and understand where she's coming from.

But at the same time its very hard for me to just move on and continue like everything is normal when it doesn't feel good.

I feel overall like she doesn't respect me. I feel insecure and a bit upset which maybe is silly but I cant help it.

How would you go about this situation? Just looking for some perspective on if I'm overreacting or not and how to move forward with the situation.
