I know that many of us invest in real estate for not only ourselves, but to build and sustain wealth long term for our families. Feel free to share stories of your own or people you know in relation to the impact of long term investing. For example, the people who were smart enough to buy up properties in places like Washington D.C., Harlem, San Francisco, etc where at one point, no one really cared to invest there but they made a ton in appreciation by holding.
