air stations being closed at pumps during the night

is there some unspoken agreement across all the pumps in Pune to not keep their air filling stations open during the night? Or is it just a Baner thing?

Im in pune for a couple of weeks and I wanted to fill up my bike before a weekend ride tonight. I checked 4 pumps in Baner, different brands too: Shell, HP and BP. None of them had their air filling stations open.

Just another frustrating thing about Pune to add to the list :(
