Delete Banking apps?

Was thinking about deleting banking apps off my phone but some of my banks require the app for certain functions, which makes me wonder if uninstalling any at all has real privacy benefits.

Since some banks require the app, it feels like i'm rendering any privacy approach ineffective and might as well just keep the rest of the apps.

I’m curious to hear experiences or technical insights on whether deleting these apps is worth it, or if there are better strategies to limit bank tracking while still managing my accounts effectively.
