is it possible for me to do medicine?

uhh so i've literally been on so many different subreddits now looking for advice

i'm 19, on a gap year, i had been diagnosed with adhd like just before my a levels and they were a mess

however now with this diagnosis it has put a lot of things into perspective, and has helped me cope with realising that i'm not necessarily dumb, just different

but i already decided to take maths instead of medicine until maybe the start of this month and now i want to make a switch but i've obviously missed the 2025 deadline

is it possible, if i work really hard and do well on my next set of a levels, my ucat, and get good work experience that i can (do) medicine or should i just stick with maths because it's unlikely i'll get accepted anywhere?
