Anterior Placenta baby movement

Hey everyone I am first time pregnant (19 weeks) and my doctor told me that I have Anterior baby placement. So it will be harder for me to feel my baby. Also due to that it was super hard to see him on scan (showed only bottom parts)

Who had previously same placement, when you started to feel your baby? Read a lot online and now a bit scared
