Pregnant with 2nd nausea is unbearable

I'm 6 weeks Thursday and my nausea is so bad already. I don't remember it being this bad with my first.

I throw up daily which I didn't do with my first and I'm nauseous all day. It's like a never ending hangover 😭

I work in healthcare I am on my feet all day and around people. I don't even know what to do
