Low heart rate

Went in for an ultrasound bc my OB told me to since I was having some mild cramping. OB called me and told me baby’s heart rate was 86 bpm which is pretty low, I’m only 6 weeks. Is there a possibility that I’ll miscarry? This is my first pregnancy and it wasn’t planned.
