What’s my best team here?

Would love some suggestion for best three. Usually I use quagsire for bait attacks, then Primeape for sheer power and then umbreon because it feels strong but I would love to change things up. Could someone please explain why it is suggested to have 0% attack ivs? I can do that on the bunnelby but need a good reason why. Thanks
