Is the PoGo dex possible in home?

What I'm asking specifically, is it possible to complete the Pokémon Go Pokédex in Pokémon Home? I know there's current gen Pokémon missing as well as prior gen Pokémon. The most surprising to me is Mimikyu still not being added. Would it be possible as more get added? Are there any restricted mons that can't be transferred?
