How easy/tough is Sony with giving a new controller because of stickdrift?
Hi everyone, in a week or 2 it will be a year since buying my PS5. A little over a month ago i noticed in a game that my left joystick has stickdrift, i didnt notice it until i opened a map and the cursor slightly moved to the left. I dropped the controller once but that was longer ago. The stickdrift seems to improve over time, yesterday i played GTA V and 50% of the time my car just randomly pulls to the left.
My question is, i got warranty and i can send my controller to sony, but if they will say you cant get a new one or you wont get a fix i'd rather buy a new one, so im looking for people that have sent their controller to sony before and how easy they are with this.
