Help with recovering old PSN account

Hey everyone,

I’m in a tough spot and could really use some advice. I’m trying to recover an old PlayStation account that was created by my dad for me over 10 years ago (around 2010-2012). Unfortunately, he has since passed away, and I’ve run into some issues accessing the account.

Here’s the problem:

• I need an email from PlayStation (like a purchase confirmation or account setup email) to help prove ownership. However, all emails related to this account were deleted years ago, likely because they’re over 10 years old.
• When I try to reset the password, it asks security questions like "Where were you born?" and "Date of birth," but neither my dad nor mine work. They don’t match his or my details. I cant remember us setting these questions either.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there a way to recover such old emails, or another method to prove ownership of the account? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
