Baldi rework

Early game is actually decent having a acceptable speed, and failing a question gives more time, at the cost of survivors having items whenever he gets 5, 8 and 12 kills, the items would be a reference to the baldi game, like a chocolate bar you get that gives speed boost or stamina regeneration,

I don't have too much ideas for items but you get the point,

My goal is just to make him more engaging to play as and against because all you're hopping for is just to get 2 kills to win a match and as a survivor you're just hopping he isn't gonna server wipe fast or else you can't really do anything
