How Do You Retain Customers in a Competitive Market?

We run a retail store that offers free delivery, gives freebies, and products at fair market prices. However, I noticed that some of our customer especially yung mga big-spending customer have stopped ordering :( :(.

Since our customers are important to us, I message them and check how they’re doing, and ask if they still have enough supplies.. especially since the holidays are coming. I know price plays a big role in customer decisions, so mas mura yung option nila.

What strategies do you use to retain customers and keep them loyal?

• Is it worth lowering prices to win them back, or is it better to focus on attracting new customers and move on?
