41 degree day, 4pm. . . Get on the Transperth bus and the bloody aircon isn’t even turned on.

Like what’s the deal here? Is this decision purely up to the bus driver and their level of comfort?

Poor elderly guy needed to plead for the thing to be turned on, babies and plenty of seniors on the bus. It just doesn’t seem safe
