Where can I get urgent cash?

This is my first post on Reddit. Need around 15k urgently. Do you know any lending app that can give me urgent money? Tried to withdraw from PF but it's taking a lot of time. Friends and family can't help, tried with a few. Please don't judge me, any guidance from fellow redditors will be valuable for me!
