Advice on how to get out of 11K CC Debt

My story Currently 26 years old. Got my first CC when I was about 19 or 20, and two more later on down the line. I kept them extremely low and paid anything I used off right away, until an emergency came few years later and had to pay about $8 or $9K, and the other two in misc.

Ive always had a job and been making payments towards it but it just seems like it’s never been going down. Currently just got a new job making $60K a year with health, dental, and a 401K, etc, but in a brand new state.. so I don’t have an apartment yet but looking at places, my rent will increase drastically.

Trying to find the right plan.. Currently making $40K until my new job starts shortly. Im going from paying $905 in rent to around $1400 (the cheapest-decent one I was able to find)

with car insurance, pet insurance, and phone bill, and other small bills I can’t fully remember off the top of my head. I have them all written down.

But, any advice?
