How do i know if i have perfect pitch

Now i know the main way people tell is if they can recognize and name notes just like that. But I wanted to ask if you had to learn the notes one by one or you always knew even before you knew the names of the notes. For me idk if i have perfect pitch but i usually can sing the starting note of a song i like without reference and i’m in the same key like 90% of the time and i also sometimes feel weird when i hear singing that’s not in the same key as the original. I cant identify anything other than a Bb, D, F, and G, but even then i have to think about it and i can’t do it instantly.
