Pc just gave me static but still runs kinda

So I just took a plate of food from the top of my case and my fingers grazed the top of the case, I heard and felt a slight static shock, the screen went black and the monitor rebooted, my Netflix show was still playing. The computer fans are still running but all my RGB died. I kept watching my show and slowly the RGB is starting to come back, LED by LED. What just happened? What part could have caused it? I’ve put in 2k into this pc I can’t afford parts dying cuz of static 😭😭
