Website and App not functional 1/23/25

(I wanted to include a screen shot of the site but can't.) This morning I can log in to my account on the app and on a Chrome browser BUT the menu selection bar and then the pull down on the upper right associated with your login (like you want to log out, etc) is not functional. I mean, there's nothing that shows up. I normally use Chrome, I also tried Edge. Same thing, the menu selection across the top isn't there. I was on the site yesterday and it was working ok. I tried calling the 866 number and I get, oddly enough, a busy signal. Is this "me" or is anyone else experiencing this? Moreover, is there a "fix" anyone can suggest?
