Which common food item you do NOT prefer buying?

Personally, I do not prefer buying UHT milk that stays in its container (unspoilt if unopened) for many months at room temperature.

I generally buy chilled pasteurized milk with a much shorter shelf life (about 2 weeks from date of packaging).
