Stretch marks solution!!!!

Hey everyone M20 here. Had been struggling with fitness journey through out, getting fit and then overweight and then again losing some. This journey has gifted me alot of stretch marks on the shoulders arms chest belly back ( mostly stretch marks are reddish). What is the solution to make these light and less noticeable. What ointments/ lotion do you suggest. Is there any laser therapy for it in pakistan and how much does it cost my doctor suggested me prp for this and this lotion also. Give your advices please
