Flagged for copy/paste

Do you have any idea if this gets resolved or not?

I am working on a project where copy/paste is needed for sources, facts and code. I opened a ticket to support for the last one but they have a lot of pending requests so they said it will take time. I don't even have grammarly installed. I message the QM for the last one but they said to contact support. That's it. I really don't know what to do!? For the time being, I am stop talking but any ideas anyone?
