ID = 17 ROBLOX IOS 2.1.2 INTERNAL HOW TO FIX?

Hello, I need help. I get error id=17 error when connecting to the game in Roblox iOS 2012 version 2.1.2. I have already done many things on my server and I got that error id=17. I need a solution. Before I did all that to my web server, the Roblox app told me that it requires connection to the internet. "Note: IT IS ROBLOX INTERNAL 2.1.2"
