Oculus Link Without Oculus Software

is there a way to run oculus link without the oculus software because i realized that i get stutters and lag from the oculus software

when i tested out streaming pcvr through VRIDGE it was smooth and no lag however when i use oculus link wired i have stutters and overall a unplayable experience

is there a way to possibly bypass the Software and play using SteamVR?
