student omny card

I lost my OMNY card 6 weeks ago and I reported as lost 6 weeks ago. It’s been over a month and my school says that the office of pupil transportation still hasn’t sent the omny cards. I’m starting to think my school still hasn’t contacted them about it or the Office of Pupil Transportation is being lazy. I’ve also sent out emails just for them to not respond. Someone got some advice?
