One life vs Lifetime Fitness

For me and my gf, one life costs me around 160 per month and 170 one time enrollment fee while Lifetime costs 220. I am curious why Onelife is cheaper and also can I negotiate?

Edit: Thank you for the comments. I have scheduled demos at both the places and I am looking for pool, sauna, hot tub/whirlpool, massage and workout. But I won’t be able to know everything at the demo, for example, crowd, availability of the facilities, maintenance , etc.
