Opinions on Tommyfrench competitions?Scam?

Recently looked into This competition page and It seems rigged, same people always win ? In the last 2 weeks of competition the same guy won 4 of them and another person 3 that i can recall. I’ve seen them a few times before and it’s making me think. another time is that a lady from down south won major prizes 2 times ? I’d love to hear all your opinions
