Newcastle terrace staircase
Has anyone had experience renovating a staircase in a typical Cooks Hill style terrace?? Currently looking to purchase in the area and although a small terrace is all the space I need, I find the staircases in most of these places off-putting- they are always soo steep with tiny footings and I feel like it would be intolerable to live in one. Would it be possible to change the staircase to something similar to this? If so what would the costing expect to range from?
