Highest paid per game player? For reference, Kawhi played 700 games and earned 280mn (~$400k per game), Lebron is at ~$300k.

Just thought it would be interesting to see who has been paid the most per game played. Surprisingly (or not) Kawhi has been paid more than Lebron per game. John Wall is also >400k per game. Obviously it skews to more recent players given contract sizes and skews towards those who got maxed and often injured. Wonder who the highest/lowest are, esp amongst notable players?
