Anybody from the Alaska Air National Guard here?

I was an osprey crewchief. Got out of the Marines a year ago. I am pursuing a permanent move from Florida to Alaska and am wondering what the pipeline looks like to get back in an aircrew position. Any advice or knowlege is appreciated.
