What's the best attempt you've seen of a American actor doing a foreign accent?

We all know that there are plenty of foreign actors (British, Irish, Scottish and Australian, etc) who do great American accents but it's never the same for American actors doing foreign accents. The only good few I can think of are Michael C Hall in Safe, in which he does a British accent, Titus Welliver in Sons of Anarchy where he does an Irish accent, Chris Sullivan in The Knick where he does an Irish accent and Forest Whitaker in The Last King of Scotland.

If are others good ones out there, post them, because all the other attempts I can think of are terrible.
