What does your typical breakfast look like?

Just wondering what everyone typically has for breakfast and how many calories it is and how long it lasts you before you start feeling peckish again. Some days my breakfast seems awfully high in calories (usually things like yogurt, fruit, seeds and nuts) 90% of the time I don’t eat the full thing and I’ll pop the left overs back in the fridge and have it for a snack later or a light lunch.
